At Jessica Barratt, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand things happen sometimes, and so we comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) to protect your rights as our customers.
Custom Products
Unfortunately customised products are not eligible for return or refund, once the order has been processed. Please ensure you double-check your order details and spelling of customizations before placing your order, as returns or refunds will not be given if you simply change your mind, make a wrong decision or make a spelling error.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for an item if:
the item does not match the customisation details provided.
the item is significantly different from the description.

To request a refund, please follow these steps:
Contact us at design@jessicabarratt.com within 10 days of receiving your product.
Provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number).
Describe the issue with the product or service and provide any supporting evidence (e.g., photos of the defect).
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Processing Refunds
Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
